Our 30-day money-back guarantee

The guarantee covers the first tube of your first order.

• Use your first tube as directed. If Legit isn't for you, email hello@uselegit.com within 30 days of placing your order, with your order number.
• We'll refund that tube's share of what you paid: a third for a 3-tube order, half for a 2-tube order. If your first order was a single tube or a Trial Kit, we refund everything you paid for it.
• Any other tubes from that order can only be refunded if they're returned to us sealed and unused, at your cost, for inspection. Email us first for the return address. Free gifts are yours to keep.
• Delivery charges are not refunded.
• Claiming the guarantee cancels your subscription, so no further orders are sent or charged.
• The guarantee is for new customers, once per person and per household.

Repeat orders

The guarantee covers your first order only. It doesn't cover repeat orders, including the first refill after a Trial Kit. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next order is charged; see our cancellation policy.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

If your order turns up damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@uselegit.com with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are made

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Fair use

We may decline a guarantee refund where we see signs of abuse, such as repeat claims, several accounts or addresses, or a claim made alongside a dispute with your bank.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing here affects your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
