Cancellation policy

Legit is a membership. After your first order we send you a repeat order, and take payment for it, every 90 days, until you tell us to stop. You are always in control of it, and there is never a fee to change or cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account, or by emailing hello@uselegit.com. Once you cancel, we take no further payments and send no further orders. Any order that has already been processed will still be sent, and you keep it.

Pausing and changing

You do not have to cancel to take a break. In your account you can pause your membership, change how often your orders arrive, or switch between the three-tube and six-tube kit. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Timing

To apply to your next order, a change or cancellation needs to reach us at least [notice period] before your renewal date1. After that point your next order has already been prepared, so the change applies to the order after it instead.

Refunds

If you are charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email hello@uselegit.com. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers membership orders in the same way as a first order, so we will refund you.
